Swingin' Sisters Club

A 40’S Homegrown cabaret
‘It Don’t Mean A Thing If It Ain’t Got That Swing’
It’s the 1940’s and Canada’s men are off to war! With the power of the radio, 3 dames shake things up singing some of the most powerful and memorable music of our time. From I’ll Be Seeing You to Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, this musical revue is a warm hearted tribute to the women who worked, entertained and even baked pies to keep the homefront alive!
The Swingin’ Sisters Club first premiered at this year’s Edmonton Fringe Festival to rave reviews. The show features the lovely songstresses Bridget Ryan, Beth Portman and Kate Ryan who croon the tunes led by the leading lady of the keys, Roxanne Classen.
The Swingin’ Sisters Club recaptures the powerful memories that moved the world. It is an intimate yet epic evening not to be missed.

Testimonials:
“Saw the show, loved it. The Nightingales have never failed to entrance and uplift me. This has to be classified as CAN’T MISS! It’s too bad that Friday’s “guest star” won’t be able to surprise Bridget again.”
“Wonderful. It was great entertainment for the audience. Bravo for a great performance this year at the Fringe! Looking forward to next year already…”
“I really enjoyed this one. Great pipes on these ladies. Thank you for a wonderful time.”
“Fantastic show! A real toe-tapper.”
“What “Gems”. These are the models that our young singer folks have; and WHAT MODELS!!! This is music as GOOD AS IT GETS. Thanks to all four of you. DON’T EVER THINK ABOUT LEAVING EDMONTON.”
“Okay, so I saw it twice-and I was completely and absolutely entertained by three dynamic singers!”
